FIVE WEB STORE has introduced “Buyee Connect”, a web-based purchasing service, which allows overseas customers to purchase professional hairdressing products from FIVE.

How to register as a member for overseas customers
Member registration is required to make a purchase.
Please click “Member registration for overseas customers” below and fill in the required fields to complete your member registration.
※You will receive an e-mail to your registered e-mail address confirming the completion of your membership registration.

You can log in with your registered email address and password.
You can login to the FIVE WEB STORE and view products with the e-mail address and password you used to register as a member.
Once you are logged in, please check how to use “BUYEE”.
When you access the site from abroad, the information of “BUYEE” will be displayed on the top page of the site.
By using the international order cart provided by Buyee, you can have your products delivered in 3 steps, even if you live outside Japan.
First, please check how to use the system from “How to use”.
Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the FIVE WEB STORE cart.
After selecting the items you wish to purchase and choosing the number of items to purchase, color, size, etc., tap the pink “Add to cart” button to add the items to your cart.
If you wish to purchase multiple items, tap “Continue Shopping” to add multiple items to your cart.
Transfer the items in the FIVE WEB STORE cart to the BUYEE cart.
When you have finished adding items to the FIVE WEB STORE cart, tap “Add to Cart”. The cart of BUYEE will appear at the bottom of the page. Tap the “Add to Cart” button and add the purchased items to the cart.
※If there are items in your cart that are prohibited for international shipping, an error message will be displayed.
Register as a member of BUYEE service.
When you put the items to be purchased in the cart of “BUYEE”, you will be asked to log in as a member of BUYEE. Please follow the instructions to register as a BUYEE member.
After completing the BUYEE membership registration, proceed to the purchase page and follow the instructions.
From the purchase page, select a payment method, select a shipping method, and follow the instructions to complete the purchase process.
After the product arrives at the BUYEE warehouse and is registered on BUYEE My Page, the product will be shipped when the customer completes the payment procedure for shipping-related expenses in the “Package Information” section.
